Master Protection®
The Master Protection program is an extended powertrain warranty program that provides protection from the cost of catastrophic failures of covered powertrain components. Unlike ordinary plans of this kind, Master Protection does not set a maximum dollar amount for claims or restrict the application of usage. The Master Protection program covers all parts and labor costs after you meet a small deductible. You may contract for one of three policy terms, one that's sure to be right for your operation.
Master Maintenance®
The Master Maintenance approach, commonly called planned maintenance, involves scheduled, on-site inspections on a frequency that is right for you. You may pay a flat fee, or agree to simply pay for time and materials used. With this program, your Mitsubishi forklift truck dealer's technician helps identify potential problems before they become major costly setbacks. The program pays for itself by reducing unplanned expenses caused by unexpected downtime and repair costs.
Full Maintenance
The Full Maintenance program includes all the benefits of Master Maintenance and, in addition, covers all designated repairs in one low monthly rate. This program allows you to focus on your core business by taking your company completely out of the forklift maintenance business. Your payment is based on your specific application requirements. It can also be combined with a full service lease - one payment for the forklift truck, maintenance and repairs.

Genuine Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks Parts
You can count on your local Mitsubishi forklift truck dealer to provide genuine OEM parts to help keep costs down and your forklift running at peak productivity. When you buy from your local dealer, you can be assured that your OEM part is manufactured to meet original equipment design criteria. Additionally, all Mitsubishi forklift truck OEM parts come with a six-month, unlimited hours warranty.
Promatch® Parts
The Promatch parts program, available through your authorized Promatch dealer, provides quality replacement parts for all brands of forklifts in your fleet. With over 33,000 part numbers, crossing to over 4.2 million applications, we have the parts you need to keep your fleet performing at its best. Promatch parts are manufactured by some of the best component and original manufacturers, including Baldwin Filters, Cascade Kenhar, Curtis, GE, Goodyear, IMPCO Technologies Inc. and Parker Hannifin Corporation. Backed by the same valued warranty as Mitsubishi forklift truck parts, Promatch parts are covered by an extensive six-month, unlimited hours warranty -- that's something you can depend on.
Remanufactured Components
Our Remanufactured Components program remains best in class. Each component is remanufactured using industry-leading technology and is brought back up to original equipment specifications. From an engine to a steer axle, a wheel assembly to a torque converter, we have excellent off-shelf availability, and many larger components come with an optional 12-month warranty if our authorized dealer performs routine service. A comprehensive program for competitive components is also offered through our Promatch parts program.
